If you are experiencing one of the following error messages a repair mdb process is generally required. Backup your database immediately ... try these steps if you have time.
(1) Compact and Repair the mdb database inside Microsoft Access.
(2) Create a new, blank database and import the tables into this using File/Get External Data/Import.
